In a quiet corner of the UK, Real Clean had built a reputation for reliability and quality. Known among its loyal walk-in customers, the laundry shop thrived on word-of-mouth. We implemented a POS system at the shop to streamline transactions and ensure that every order was digitally tracked. A pickup and delivery module helped schedule drivers efficiently and update customers in real-time. We introduced a CRM system that stored customer profiles, preferences, and order histories in one secure dashboard.
To support operations further, we integrated inventory and invoice management, enabling staff to track resources like detergents and bags while automatically generating invoices for every order. For payments, we enabled Stripe integration for secure online transactions while keeping the familiar cash-on-delivery (COD) option.
And to build initial traction, we offered three months of free digital marketing, including social media setup, SEO, and Google My Business registration.
Implementation Process
We kicked off the transformation with a visual prototype that included the business’s color scheme, logo, and pricing tiers. After receiving approval, we launched the website under a custom domain and activated it for specific service areas. The apps were uploaded to the Play Store and App Store with complete branding.
